Holidays in Malaga Autumn 2017
There is much more to a holiday in Malaga Spain in the Autumn of 2017 than laying on the beach on the Costa del Sol.
I’m not saying there is anything wrong with a beach holiday or the Costa del Sol per se but to see the “real Spain” you really do need to get yourself further inland.
The white villages or “pueblos blancos” of Andalucia are amazing little places, full of character and very interesting.
Inland Spain has lots to offer the tourist and in Andalucia we have more than most. The Sierra Navada ski resorts, Granada and the Alhambra Palace, Ronda with its famous bridge and bullring, Cordoba and lots more.
Traveling around Andalucia is easy enough but when you are tied to hotel or resort itineraries, this limits the time available to discover all these great attractions.
Cortijo La Nava is a great option, especially in the Autumn when the weather is warm and not too hot for many of the outdoor activities and trips out.
Autumn holidays in Malaga Andalucia
Holidays inland of the Costa del Sol are varied and very interesting. Cortijo la Nava sits in the middle of acres of beautiful Andalucian countryside with its mountains, hills and olive groves which are as beautiful in the autumn as they are in Spring.
Touring is very pleasant in the autumn and a hire car will enhance your holiday, you’ll be able to visit the many great locations in Malaga as well as Andalucia. You might even want to go to the coast, its not that far away either.
There are many fiestas on in September and October, including Nerja fiesta and Trabuco fiesta.
Renting a holiday villa in the autumn is a great way to really see what Spain is all about.
